Step by step
- Open graphics settings. Open Configuración (Settings) from the menu and go to graphics settings. Find the “Iluminación inmersiva” (Immersive lighting) checkbox.
- Enable or disable the checkbox. Enable it to see the world’s transitions. Disable it if you prefer classic lighting, and compare in the same area.
- Compare similar situations. Time, map and weather change a scene’s appearance and load. Keep the same resolution and interface scale when comparing.
- Adjust and return to the game. Check that names, objectives and windows remain easy to read. When reporting a problem, include the map and settings you were using.
What changes in the world
Dawn and sunset use warm transitions; night becomes blue. Torches and certain light sources add amber tones, halos and small effects around the light.
Some environmental details, such as fireflies, depend on being outdoors, the time and the weather. Not all maps have the same sources, and not every decorative object works as a torch.
How to reduce load while keeping a clear view
The website does not promise an FPS figure or minimum requirements that have not yet been measured. These options let you adapt the client to your computer and choose your preferred atmosphere.
- Disable Immersive lighting to compare it with the classic presentation.
- Test on the same map, with a similar scene and resolution.
- Avoid changing several options at once so you can identify which one has an effect.
- If you notice stuttering, report visible effects, monsters and players as well as your settings.
Immersive snow
The settings also include an “Nieve inmersiva” (Immersive snow) checkbox. It is independent of lighting: enable or disable visual snow accumulation to suit your preference.
Effects and their continuity are still being adjusted. When reporting a problem, distinguish lighting, snow and particles, and include the map and situation where it appears.
Frequently asked questions

No. It is optional and can be disabled.
Why does the appearance change between maps?
Time, weather, map type and light sources affect the atmosphere.
Does disabling it change my character’s statistics?
The option controls the visual atmosphere; it is not a passive tree upgrade or an elixir.
