Cards, album and decks
Store your physical cards, distinguish copies from discoveries and build a valid deck.
Cards start as physical items in your inventory. The album stores their copies and records your character’s discoveries; the deck selects which copies you will use in a duel.

Step by step
- Obtain a card. Pick up a card item in the game and hover over it to see its type and statistics. Only monsters with a configured card drop can drop cards; not every creature has one.
- Open the Card Album. Use the Card Master’s service in Bichon. Select a card in the collection and distinguish the “En el álbum” (In album) and “En la mochila” (In inventory) counters.
- Store the copies. Choose how many copies to transfer and press Guardar (Store). This transfers actual items from your inventory to the album; it does not create free extra copies.
- Build the deck. Open the Master’s deck editor. Select a deck and add cards from the copies available in your album, respecting the deck size and limit per name.
- Save and review. A deck needs 40 valid cards and cannot contain more copies than you have available. Check its status before starting a duel with your own deck.
Discovery does not mean an available copy
The album remembers a discovered card even if you withdraw all its copies. Seeing its artwork in the collection does not mean you still have units to add to a deck.
Check each card’s counters. A copy in your inventory is not yet available in the album. The deck editor uses the copies stored in the collection.
Withdrawing and trading cards
Select a card in the album, set the quantity and press Extraer (Withdraw). The copies return to your inventory if space requirements are met. From there, you can trade them as game items.
Withdrawing cards does not erase the album’s discovery, but may leave a deck without the copies it needs. Review your decks after withdrawing a card you were using.
Card types
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Monsters | Occupy monster slots and fight using ATK and DEF. |
| Spells | Resolve their effect when activated or remain for the duration of their effect. |
| Traps | Are set and activated when a valid response opportunity arises. |
| Equipment | Attach to a monster and occupy a support slot. |
Before playing a match
If your collection is not yet large enough, use the school and the Master’s Duelo de prueba (Trial duel). The loaned trial deck lets you practise; it does not add those cards to your personal collection.
The “How to play a card duel” guide explains the board, turns, attacks and responses. Reading a card before using it usually prevents more mistakes than filling a deck with copies without a plan.
Frequently asked questions
Does a card disappear from the album when I withdraw its last copy?
The discovery is kept. The available copies counter may reach zero.
Do cards in my inventory count directly towards my deck?
Decks use copies from the album. Store the cards you want to use.
Can I play without owning 40 cards?
You can practise at the school and in Trial duel with a loaned deck. Your own deck must follow its rules.
